Always Safe & Lock, Inc. was established October 1982. We opened our downtown Olympia store in October 1985. The Corporate officers, President Jeffrey Trinin, and Vice President Owen O'Keefe began their locksmithing careers in 1966 and 1969 respectively. Their more than forty years experience in developing systems, providing state of the art materials, and installing effective security designs provide our customers with the best products in the country.

We are licensed Washington State General Contractors and Washington State Limited Energy Electrical Contractors. Our staff is comprised of licensed locksmiths; licensed in the City of Olympia. We maintain our knowledge of product development by attending numerous training classes each year. Our staff is trained in First Aid and safety procedures. All of us are interested and engaged in pursuing new products as they are available in the global marketplace.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of keys, locks, safes, electronic security hardware, and parts to meet our customers' needs and we continue to add new products as they appear on the market.

Our business specializes in the supply and installation of high quality card access systems, surveillance camera systems (Closed Circuit Television--CCTV), intrusion alarm systems, and handicapped door operators. Our product knowledge and expertise, along with strong relationships with manufacturers, give us the ability to integrate these products in easy-to-manage security systems for our clients.

We take pride in our reputation as the security store that "has everything." To maintain this reputation: we maintain an extensive inventory; we participate in delivery systems coast-to-coast; we provide our staff with quality tools and machinery with the training to install, maintain and service new items as they are introduced. We use an answering service to route calls to our technicians after regular business hours. Our are local. All our technicians are well versed on the importance of positive, supportive, and responsive customer service. The regular daily work orders often include requests for end-user software assistance and training, as well as repairs to mechanical locking systems. We are able to complete most work orders on the first visit. In maintaining access to quality subcontractors, we can provide a complete, "turnkey" project to meet the security needs of our customers.
